Payment and account access 支付与账号权益
Online payments are processed by Stripe. Whalex does not store card numbers or wallet credentials. 网页支付由 Stripe 处理。Whalex 不保存银行卡号或钱包凭据。
- Stripe Checkout Stripe Checkout Cards, Apple Pay, Link, and approved local wallets may be shown by Stripe based on the purchase type, amount, currency, and user region. Stripe 会根据购买类型、金额、币种和用户地区展示银行卡、Apple Pay、Link 以及已获批的本地钱包。
- Account binding 账号绑定 Before web checkout, users sign in with Google so Pro access can be bound to the correct Whalex account. 网页结账前用户需使用 Google 登录，以确保 Pro 权益绑定到正确的 Whalex 账号。
- Subscription management 订阅管理 Stripe subscriptions can be managed through the billing portal linked from the Pro purchase page. Stripe 订阅可通过 Pro 购买页进入账单门户进行管理。
- App Store and Google Play App Store 与 Google Play In-app purchases remain managed by Apple or Google according to their platform rules. 应用内购买仍由 Apple 或 Google 按平台规则管理。
Refund and cancellation policy 退款与取消政策
Whalex Pro provides immediate access to digital data services after purchase. Please review the policy before checkout. Whalex Pro 购买后会立即开通数字数据服务。请在结账前阅读以下政策。
- Auto-renewing subscriptions 自动续费订阅 Monthly and annual subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the next billing date. Access remains active until the end of the paid period. 月度和年度订阅会自动续费，除非在下次扣费前取消。取消后可继续使用至已付费周期结束。
- One-time Pro Pass 一次性 Pro 通行证 The 1-year Pro Pass does not auto-renew and expires at the end of its term. 1 年 Pro 通行证不会自动续费，到期后自动结束。
- Refund requests 退款申请 Payments are generally non-refundable after Pro access is activated, except where required by law or in the case of a billing error. Contact support within 14 days for billing issues. Pro 权益开通后通常不支持退款，法律强制要求或账单错误除外。如遇账单问题，请在交易后 14 天内联系客服。
- In-app purchase refunds 应用内购买退款 Apple App Store and Google Play purchases are subject to Apple and Google refund policies. App Store 和 Google Play 购买需遵守 Apple 和 Google 的退款政策。
