1. How do I scan a menu?
Go to the Scan screen, then use your camera or select an image from your gallery. The app will process the image and show the recognized dishes.
2. How do I get dish recommendations?
After scanning a menu, tap the "Get Recommendations" button to receive AI-powered suggestions tailored to your preferences.
3. How do I refresh a scan if the menu changes?
If the menu has changed, simply return to the Scan screen and capture or upload the updated menu image. The app will process the new image and update the results accordingly.
4. How do I view my scan history?
Tap the History tab to see all your previously scanned menus. You can delete any record at any time.
5. How do I switch language or theme?
Go to Settings to switch between English and Chinese, and toggle between light and dark modes.
6. How is my data stored?
Your scan history and preferences are stored locally on your device. Menu images are uploaded to our server only for processing and are not retained longer than necessary.
7. How do I delete my scan history?
Go to the History screen, select the records you want to delete, and tap the delete button.
8. What if menu recognition fails?
If recognition is inaccurate, try retaking the photo in better lighting or with a clearer image. You can also manually edit recognized items.

- Image Compression: Images are automatically compressed before upload to save bandwidth.
- Asynchronous Processing: For large menus, the app will notify you when results are ready.
