Welcome to Viva Prompter. By downloading, installing, or using our app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the app.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using Viva Prompter, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the app on behalf of an organization, you agree to these Terms on behalf of that organization.
2. App License
We grant you a non-exclusive, personal, limited, revocable and non-transferable license to use Viva Prompter on your devices for your personal use. While the app is primarily designed for personal and non-commercial use, professional use is permitted within the terms of this license. You may not sell, resell, distribute, or sublicense the app.
3. User Content
You retain all rights to any content you create, upload, or store in the app. You are solely responsible for the content you create using the app and ensuring that it doesn't violate any third-party rights.
4. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the app for any illegal purpose or in violation of any local, state, national, or international law
- Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the app or the servers or networks used to make the app available
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the app or any other systems or networks connected to the app
- Use any automated means to access the app or collect any information from the app
- Modify, adapt, translate, reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble any portion of the app
5. Intellectual Property Rights
The app, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by us and is protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws. You may not copy, modify, create derivative works, or exploit any part of the app without our express written permission.
6. Third-Party Services
The app may integrate with third-party services. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. We are not responsible for any third-party content or services.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The app is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Bienvenido a Viva Prompter. Al descargar, instalar o usar nuestra aplicación, usted acepta estar sujeto a estos Términos de Uso. Si no está de acuerdo con estos términos, por favor no use la aplicación.
1. Aceptación de Términos
Al usar Viva Prompter, usted acepta estos Términos de Uso y nuestra Política de Privacidad. Si está usando la aplicación en nombre de una organización, acepta estos Términos en nombre de esa organización.
2. Licencia de la Aplicación
Le concedemos una licencia no exclusiva, personal, limitada, revocable y no transferible para usar Viva Prompter en sus dispositivos para su uso personal. Aunque la aplicación está diseñada principalmente para uso personal y no comercial, se permite el uso profesional dentro de los términos de esta licencia.
